Unlike most applications that simply push data out to a mobile user, MetrikList is interactive, allowing the reminder to be sent and also responded to immediately.

MetrikLink: Harnessing the Power of the Web Without Requiring a PC
MetrikLink helps patients to gain better control of medical conditions by uploading data to their MediCompass Personal Health Record directly from a range of health monitoring tools. MetrikLink crosses the digital divide, by allowing users to transfer data through a phone line. After taking a reading with patient monitoring tool, users simply plug the meter into the appropriate MetrikLink input port. A second cable connects MetrikLink to a phone line or personal computer; two modes of connectivity to an online health record.
