iMetrikus Announces Formation of Medical Advisory Board

in American Medicine to Support Vision of Collaborative Health Technologies

June 14, 2000 -- - iMetrikus, Inc. a provider of collaborative
health management applications, announced the formation of their Medical
Advisory Board (MAB). Consisting of leaders in medicine and biomedical
science from diverse institutions, disciplines and locations throughout
the United States, the 19-member board will be chaired by Harvey R. Colten,
MD, iMetrikus' Executive Vice President for Medical Science. The MAB has
been assembled to provide iMetrikus with strategic advice on medical affairs
relevant to content, format and propriety.
Additionally, each
member of the MAB brings at least two values to the iMetrikus global community
of patients, providers and the medical industry. First, each member will
provide substantive advice in their area of expertise to increase the
overall quality, relevance and effectiveness of iMetrikus products including
MyHealthChannel and ThePhysicianChannel.
Additionally, the

This Board will recommend

goals and in the design of research initiatives. Finally, the format and
effectiveness of iMetrikus products and the ethical framework of company
activities will be considered by the MAB as part of their advisory role.
