IMETRIKUS, INC. ANNOUNCES ISO 9001:2000 AND ISO 13485:2003 CERTIFICATION

Carlsbad, CA , June 10, 2005 - iMetrikus^®, Inc., a privately held developer and marketer of the Internet-based MediCompass^® health monitoring system which includes the MetrikLink^®, and AirWatch^® product lines, announced today that it has successfully completed the auditing process to attain certification to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003. The company has received the ISO 13485:2003 certificate that is a key credential essential to the continued growth of their sales in International markets. The new, as well as existing, customers of iMetrikus will benefit from the continual process improvement strategies required by these applied management system standards.

The certificate of compliance to ISO 9001:2000 is an Internationally recognized measure of a company's quality system. The ISO 13485:2003 is the applicable International standard for quality systems in the medical device industry.
